Former Head – Legal & Compliance at Milestone Capital Advisors Ltd. and senior leader at Future Group.Has led legal diligence and documentation for 50+ private equity transactions aggregating over INR 50 billion and 10+ million sq. ft. of real estate transactions across India.

Company Secretary, Insolvency Professional (IBBI), Registered Valuer (Securities/Financial Assets), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Manager (NISM–SEBI), with certifications in NCLT, IBC, and Arbitration from ICSI.
