Ashish Joshi
Ashish Joshi is the Founder and CEO at Landmark Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd. He has spent over 25 years in Real Asset Fund Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Strategic Planning. With a vision to bring global investment themes to India, he founded Landmark Capital as a Fund Management vehicle focusing on identifying and investing in high potential themes in the real asset sector. Under his guidance Landmark Capital delivered over 7 million sq. ft. of real estate development across residential, warehousing, retail, and commercial segments.
Prior to starting Landmark Capital, Ashish served as Managing Partner at Milestone Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd. - a Private Equity Fund with approximately INR 3000 crores in assets under management (AUM) spread across seven funds. During his stint, he was actively involved in investing across regions and asset classes including Warehousing, Residential, Retail and Commercial. Ashish was also associated with Peninsula Land Ltd., a premium developer in Western India as Chief Financial Officer responsible for fundraising, strategic planning, financial control, treasury & risk management. He has also worked at German based Hapag-Lloyd, leading container, and logistics service company, where he managed the finance, information technology and business administration for the Indian market.
A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, Ashish is deeply committed to fund management from conceptualizing investment strategies to structuring and executing complex real asset transactions with discipline and precision.
Rajneesh Pathak
Rajneesh is responsible for advising wealthy business families and professionals in generational mobility and delivering solutions in complex international environments.
He has been associated with the asset management industry for over two decades in strategic business roles with BNP Paribas, Birla Sun Life, DSP (Formerly DSP Merrill Lynch / Blackrock), Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Kothari Pioneer (India’s first private sector mutual fund). He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2019 by setting up ‘Invictus Alternatives’- India’s first B2B sales & distribution platform for alternative investment products. His passion to scout for opportunities in new-age products, led to the genesis of GlobalNorth Residency and Citizenship.
He holds an MBA degree in finance from Pune University and is a graduate from Pune University.
Deepalidevi Pathak
Deepali focusses on business and product strategies, thereby building processes and synergies across business verticals. Her role also encompasses human resources, finance and managing the legal, compliance & regulatory framework for the Group.
She has been a part of the financial services industry for over two decades with experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management and Family office. Her successful stints in the AMC industry are with Kothari Pioneer & Sundaram Mutual Fund and the wealth management & advisory business are with DSP Merrill Lynch- PCG, ASK Wealth and Invictus Wealth.
She holds an MBA degree in marketing and human resources from Pune University and has completed her commerce graduation from Shivaji University.

Ravindra Gupta
Ravindra Gupta leads pre-investment strategy, focusing on deal origination, diligence, structuring, and execution. He is responsible for driving high-quality deal flow, particularly across North India, and ensuring legal and structural robustness across transactions.
Over 25 years of experience across Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Former Head – Legal & Compliance at Milestone Capital Advisors Ltd. and senior leader at Future Group.Has led legal diligence and documentation for 50+ private equity transactions aggregating over INR 50 billion and 10+ million sq. ft. of real estate transactions across India.
Company Secretary, Insolvency Professional (IBBI), Registered Valuer (Securities/Financial Assets), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Manager (NISM–SEBI), with certifications in NCLT, IBC, and Arbitration from ICSI.
Dhrumil Ganna
Dhrumil Ganna leads deal sourcing, diligence, and execution across real estate asset classes in West and South India. He oversees the full transaction lifecycle — from identifying emerging industry trends and sourcing high-potential opportunities to conducting detailed financial analysis and driving execution. His role includes building strong relationships with landowners and developers and aligning investment opportunities with investor objectives.
With over 10 years of experience, Dhrumil combines technical precision with strategic insight in real estate investing. He has previously worked with a real estate consulting firm and with Ernst & Young (EY), where he was involved in structuring and taxation advisory, strengthening his expertise in transaction design and financial evaluation.
Dhrumil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Mumbai University.
Neeta Dwivedi Joshi
Neeta Joshi leads investor engagement across domestic and global markets, acting as a key bridge between investors and the investment team. She works closely with investors to understand their objectives, helps shape investment strategy accordingly, and builds strong connections with landowners and developers to support quality deal flow and execution.
Neeta brings over six years of experience, including four years at Landmark Capital, where she has been involved across the investment lifecycle covering pre-investment evaluation, feasibility analysis, transaction execution, and post-investment monitoring. She also supports deal sourcing and fund oversight with strong technical discipline. Prior to Landmark, she spent two years at a tax consulting firm, gaining experience in taxation advisory and regulatory compliance, strengthening her analytical and structuring capabilities.
Neeta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Rohit Raj Chauhan
Rohit leads Strategy & Planning, focusing on investment structuring, portfolio design, and risk oversight across the platform. His responsibilities span pre-investment evaluation frameworks, post-investment performance monitoring, and review of ongoing deals to ensure capital efficiency and downside protection. He also drives product management initiatives — shaping fund structures, defining investment mandates, and aligning vehicles with long-term thematic opportunities in real assets.
With over nine years of experience in alternative asset management and fund administration, Rohit has structured and launched Category I, II, and III AIFs and supported fund raises across formats. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Chase and later worked with Landmark Capital, Merisis Advisors (an Angel Fund) investing across sectors. He brings strong expertise in fund structuring, capital allocation, and risk-adjusted investment strategy.
He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Gourav Kundalia
Gourav focuses on analyzing investment opportunities, tracking industry trends, and conducting in-depth research with a particular emphasis on global real estate markets. He supports the investment and strategy teams with data-driven insights to help formulate long-term investment strategies and informed capital allocation decisions.
Gourav has over 1.5 years of experience in private equity real estate. Prior to joining Landmark Capital, he was associated with Allcargo Logistics, where he worked across financial accounting, taxation, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), building a strong analytical and financial foundation.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Level III candidate, with strong expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and fund management.

Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively across global markets, building strong advisory relationships and guiding clients through complex cross-border opportunities. His experience spans business development, operational leadership, and partnership building across diverse industries.

Nazneen Charna
Nazneen Charna leads Customer Success at TridentBay Asset Managers, where she oversees the client experience across the investment lifecycle. She works closely with investors to ensure clarity, coordination, and seamless communication throughout each investment journey, while maintaining the high standards of service and operational precision that define TridentBay’s client engagement approach.
Prior to this role, Nazneen built extensive experience across financial advisory and research-driven client engagement. Over the past decade, she has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals and business families on financial planning, succession considerations, and structured advisory. Her professional experience includes roles with Invictus Wealth Pvt. Ltd. as a Financial Advisor and India Infoline as a Research Advisor, where she developed strong expertise in client advisory, financial analysis, and relationship management.
Nazneen holds a Postgraduate degree in Finance and is a Certified Chartered Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP) accredited by the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM).
Kunal Trivedi
Kunal Trivedi leads Fund Raising and Investor Relations at TridentBay Asset Managers, where he works closely with investors, wealth partners, and advisory networks to build long-term capital relationships. His role focuses on communicating TridentBay’s investment philosophy, structuring investor participation across opportunities, and ensuring a transparent and aligned experience for stakeholders across the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining TridentBay, Kunal built extensive experience in investment immigration and global mobility advisory. Over the past several years, he has advised business families, founders, and professionals on cross-border residency and citizenship solutions, while also contributing to the expansion of partner networks and client relationships across key markets. His career includes roles with leading firms in the immigration advisory sector, where he developed strong expertise in program structuring, client advisory, and international collaboration.
Kunal holds a degree in MBA in Marketing from LJMU UK, which supports his work in investor engagement, relationship management, and international advisory services.
